Membership Information
SIFT Workout® offers UNLIMITED Personal Training in a small group setting for one flat rate per month. Each small group includes up to four SIFT members each performing their own prescribed workout program supervised by a Personal Trainer.
Because every individual is unique and has different
fitness goals than the next, SIFT Workout® offers a variety of different
programs, however, all programs include Personal Training. In order to develop
a personal fitness program there are two one-hour initial consultations with a
Personal Trainer included in all memberships. During the Fitness Assessment we
review your medical history, family medical history, and discuss your health
and fitness goals, as well as evaluate your current fitness levels. Following
the Fitness Assessment there is a private one-on-one orientation and workout
session based on your evaluation results.

We have found our clients achieve their health and weight
goals when exercising minimum of 5 days per week The U.S. Surgeon General
guidelines call for at least 30 minutes a day of moderate physical activity on
most, if not all days of the week

Real Estate Agent Cannot Afford Not to Belong to S.I.F.T.
I have been participating in the SIFT personal fitness program for about 3
weeks. I have already decided that it is something I CANNOT afford not to do.
I am a healthy, 57 year old woman who has been an active weekend athlete all
my life. I ran 10Ks and marathons, then gave up running and started competitive
walking. In the last few years I participated in a 5 day bike ride for Aids and
