An Hour at SIFT
The SIFT Workout® is a one-hour long program with three essential components of fitness – Cardiorespiratory, Muscular Strength & Endurance, and Functional Fitness, for a whole body workout.
Example of an 8:00am scheduled appointment.
7:50am - Arrive, check-in at the front desk and prepare for your workout in our full amenity locker room.
8:00am - After being greeted by your instructor, you will begin Cardiorespiratory, the first of 3 Components of Fitness, using one of our state-of-the-art aerobic machines. Your instructor will be there to monitor and encourage you as you perform an aerobic workout designed to achieve your health and fitness goals.
8:20am - You then move to the next fitness component, Muscular Strength & Endurance. Your instructor will have a workout program tailored specifically for you. The workout will help you gain strength and will be at a pace that is challenging but within your capacity.
8:40am - Your last transition is into the Functional Fitness area where you will engage in health-enhancing physical activities and challenging exercises such as balance, stability, and flexibility.
9:00am - Having finished your workout in just 60 minutes, you have time to read the paper and have coffee in our lounge.
